Short length elastic top tutu dress. Blue, fuchsia and purple tulle with white tulle bows along the bottom for a cotton candy inspired look. Matching braided belt that ties on the back. White tulle lined along the top of the dress joining together at the center creating halter straps that tie on the back of the neck. *Blue crochet headband with a large white flower accented with a pink and purple jeweled flower.
